Lakeview Hideaway

A very relaxing view of the lake and wooded area from a private screened inpatio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.

The building was originally Manistee National Bank. The recently renovated apartment is where the Bank offices were originally located. It sits on the Manistee River Walk. Guests have easy access to the River Walk for a nice stroll down to Lake Michigan. The building is centrally located in the downtown Historic District, steps away from local shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Our property sits on 5 acres and is bordered by 50,000 acres of the Manistee National Forest. It’s quiet and remote, but centralized to many popular Northern Michigan destinations. Relax around the fire in the evening, and explore all this incredible area has to offer!

Located conveniently on US-31 in Manistee near the start of scenic M22 and 1.5 miles south of the Little River Casino. For outdoor enthusiasts the home is near the Manistee River, Lake Michigan, Manistee National Forest, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course, Caberfae Peaks and multiple in land lakes. There is plenty of space on the property to park a snowmobile or boat trailer.
