A fully independent 4**** apartment on the ground floor of our family house (we live on the upper level). The property sits 36 m above sea level, creating a peaceful elevated setting. The outdoor area includes a chemical-free heated saltwater pool with a hard cover and a large terrace that enjoys sun all day. The house is just 150 m downhill from a pristine blue sea. The location is ideal for guests wishing to escape the city and enjoy a quiet seaside environment.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away. From the terrace, the view was nothing short of breathtaking: the vast sea stretched endlessly, shimmering under the golden sun, merging with the horizon in a dance of blues.
