Villa Lela - apartment with balcony

The area of the APP is 34 m2 + terrace 35m2 with summer kitchen. Terrace belongs only to this APP and it is covered and hidden and closed with a small door. Open view by the sea. The APP has a two rooms connected by a door, and a bathroom. The large room has a double bed, at the small room are three floor single beds. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with Washing machine, a fridge with a large freezer, a cooker (on electricity or gas), a coffee maker, a microwave and full crockery.

You have a lovely little house on a private 600 sq m plot. Your immediate neighbor is the forest, and there are three large terraces and plenty of greenery for your use. In the summer, you can enjoy your private pool, and in the fall and winter, the wood-fired hot tub. Two brand-name grills (gas and charcoal) are available for barbecuing. A fire pit is also provided for cozy evenings. The house is fully equipped. You'll have everything you need!

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
