The Loft is beautifully furnished, peaceful and has stunning views, its own front door, secure parking, WIFI, acres of garden and loads of local delights to explore from Brighton beach to our village pub!

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

This cosy flat in the heart of Lindfield (5 min walk to centre) is the perfect weekend getaway, wedding base camp or longer term holiday let. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
