The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

E’ ideale per chi desidera una rilassante vacanza nel cuore della Toscana. Le spiagge sabbiose di Marina di Castagneto Carducci distano solo 22 km.

La struttura è composta da tre appartamenti indipendenti, ciascuno con ingresso separato: Stollo 1 – Piano terra, fino a 6 posti letto, ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Stollo 2 – Primo piano, 2/4 posti letto, perfetto per coppie o piccole famiglie. Stollo 3 – Casetta indipendente, 2 posti letto, immersa nel verde e perfetta per una vacanza in tranquillità.

Located in Monteverdi Marittimo, this holiday home offers a pleasant environment for your stay surrounded by nature. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite), accommodating up to nine people. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with two single beds, three bedrooms with a double bed, and one bedroom with a small double bed (140 cm).
