Congo Camp House in the forest

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Beach holiday in a large garden

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!

Our space provides off-grid living with privacy, serenity and the comforts when you need them. In a central location for exploring, our place is your next homebase for a South Coast journey. We have thought and considered all guests and want to make your stay a personalised experience. We think you'll remember it.

Steps from the beautiful North Broulee beach the space is private from the rest of the house with it’s own entry. The room is light and airy with a very comfortable Queen size bed and quality linen. The space has a newly renovated bathroom. The kitchenette has basic cooking facilities and a light continental breakfast is provided There is free wifi, a smart tv, a chair and ottoman to relax in within the room and outside there are numerous seating options and an 8m pool to enjoy.

The Boat House

The Boat house has been a labour of love and we hope you love it as much as we do it is our 2nd home for when we visit our family and grand children. It provides a large deck with BBQ and extra fridge and seating for six. A short walk to the river and wharf with grassy area for a picnic. Town is only 6 minutes away for all your supplies. We love the wildlife that come and visit the back deck but we ask you to please n Please Note: High chair and Portacot available on request.
