The villa is a short walk from Lipno (300m to the beach), garden 3000 m2. The total usable space of the villa is 180 m2, of which 51 m2 is a living room with kitchenette, bar and dining table. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor and indoor large space (private fenced garden), comfy beds, open plan kitchens, fireplace, spacious terrace with an outdoor sauna and large balconies with a lake views = basically home from home. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) and it's only 500m from the lake Lipno and 250m from the nearest ski-lift @ Lipno ski-areal.
