Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Property provides: -Kayaks -Standup paddle boards -Magic carpet for kids -Grill with natural gas -Hot tub with view of the lake (Operation Hours between 7 am and 11 pm) -Steam shower -Sand box -Electronic dart board -Pool table -Fire pit -Gas fireplace -Boathouse with party area *Pontoon boat available to rent for $350/day OR $750 for 3 days. Jack Jr.-a little place in the woods

Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

Listen to the sounds of the night on the enchanted screened in porch. Breath the fall air while walking the trail prepared in the woods.

Riverbend Ranch is a place to rest and reset. A place where you can find adventure for the outdoor enthusiasts and peacefulness for those who seek tranquility. Deer run through these ravines and salmon swim through the river bend, come see all the wildlife! Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and spending time with those you love on the ranch! Feel right at home with a stay at a renovated cottage that brings together the traditional family cabin feel with a clean modern base. Situated on the north shore of 100 acre all sports Bass Lake. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. The interior is a blend of rustic cozy meets modern touches. This is a home and not a hotel so you will find quirks that belong to any individual home.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Relax listening to the water flow over the dam or bring your fishing poles and fish right off the deck and at the dam, next to the cabin! Bring your kayaks and venture down the channel to the lake. Sip coffee in the morning right on the deck and enjoy the private view. The cabin has a queen bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This cabin is great for a family with two children, or a couple looking for a quiet get away!

Private beach, 6 kayaks, fire pit, and pure peace. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7. Just 20 minutes from Muskegon. Some places are easy to visit. This is one you won't forget.
