The landscape between the so-called Pinzgauer Grasberge, the Hohe Tauern National Park, Zell am See/Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps is beautiful and offers numerous activities in nature. Das Sonnberg Apartment bietet in über 1100 Metern Seehöhe eine gemütliche Urlaubsatmosphäre. Die Fußbodenheizung, sowie die vorwiegend aus Holz bestehende Einrichtung sorgen für einen besonderen Wohlfühlfaktor. Ob im Sommer der Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein vor der Hütte ausklingt oder im Winter bei knisterndem Holzofenfeuer, in jedem Fall lädt die Unterkunft zum Entspannen ein. Es bietet sich ein spektakulärer Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und gelegentlich auch hinunter auf die Wolken.

Die Lengalmhütte 1 für 8 Personen mit eigener Saunahütte befindet sich in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), ein paar Minuten von Kaprun entfernt. Die Unterkunft Lengalmhütte 1 verfügt über eine Sauna (Außen) eine Terrasse, einen Kamin, einen Sitzbereich mit einem Sofa & zwei Sesseln, einen Flachbild-TV mit Netflix & Amazon Video, WLAN und zwei Bädern mit einer Dusche sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Daarnaast zit er een tuin bij met een heerlijk zitgedeelte. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Daarnaast bieden we optioneel (tegen vergoeding) nog wat extra‘s: -Garage ruimte -Twee E-bikes -Twee normale mountainbikes Zo kunnen jullie fietsend de omgeving verkennen.
