Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

Second Floor Apartment sitting on Pine Lake

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

This apartment is located above a quiet business that operates Monday through Friday. The stairs to access the apartment are steep and narrow, please be aware for anyone who may have mobility issues. The only shared space is one common door that splits access to the business from the upstairs apartment.

The Beachcomber suite upstairs is a one bedroom/livingroom with a queen bed. A small dining area is off the kichenette. Kitchen includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric griddle. Full size refrigerator. Bathroom has a full size bathtub and shower. Unit has been completely remodeled and updated with new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. This is a SECOND FLOOR suite accessed from the front entryway of the home. Owners live on the main floor. No pets allowed.

See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day.
