E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Il piano primo è dotato di una magnifica terrazza panoramica che si affaccia sul lago D'Orta e di un balcone in legno d'epoca dove trascorrere fresche serate estive. All'interno un ampio soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, la cucina a vista, una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio ed un bagno con doccia.
