The historic restored 1830s farmhouse is the oldest home in Dresden, but stocked with all the modern amenities, including a kitchen a cook will love, wifi, firepit, screenporch, and gazebo. Sleeping up to 13, it is the perfect setting for a group, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, smart tv, and electric fireplace.

Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.

We are an "as-is" home...nothing fancy, but a place to sleep, a friendly family, and eggs & toast if desired. We have dogs, cats , rabbits, bees & chickens. You can collect eggs, pet the bunnies and observe the bees and purchase their honey. During this phase of life we can offer a 2nd floor bonus room that can sleep up to 5 with a SHARED full bathroom.
