You will have access to the entire house. Two story, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features kitchen, family room, TV room, living room with electric fireplace & basement. There is an additional family room with electric fireplace in the basement. There is a large 2 car attached garage. The back yard overlooks beautiful Goose Creek. Home is 15 minute ride to Starved Rock State Park or Skydive Chicago. Set in a park like setting close to many amenities, parks, & restaurants. Abundant wildlife.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. on the Illinois river, large waterfront yard with Geese, Great Blue Herons, Egrets, White Pelicans and Eagles showing up on a regular basis. Upper level (has stairs) 2 bedroom overlooking the Illinois River, play in the large yard or build a campfire in the fire pit next to the river and just chill.
