The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being a short taxi and train journey away. You could even walk there from the house (about 30 minutes). Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance.
