Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

Mulberry Court is a light and spacious self-catering 3 bedroomed home in a residential close, aimed at families, in the small village of Pagham, West Sussex. 5 minutes walk to the local beach. Location is everything here with the local beach and Pagham Yacht club and Nature Reserve on your doorstep. A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats.
