There are two balconies with a view of Kvarner Bay and Rijeka. They are perfect for basking in the sun, early morning yoga or watching the stars at night. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.
