Most of the utilities are in the main house that you will have access to. That includes the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. You are always welcome to use the living room, right inside the sliding door. That is where the fireplace and bar is. Alcohol is not included. Trails are too the west and south.

This rental is a stationary RV, which is a motorhome that stays put. The RV is docked in the driveway at another AirBnB rental and is only about 5 to 7 minutes from the Falls and all the attractions. This is a comfortable and unique space to stay for your visit to Niagara Falls, but also economical for travelers. As an RV it does use waste tanks and they do need to be emptied, which we do for you without interrupting your privacy.

The RV consists of two queen size beds and one double bed as well as a full bathroom. dishes, small appliances, bed sheets, comforters and pillows are provided. Towels and toiletries are not included. there are three TVs in the RV however we do not offer cable. we'd be happy to include a DVD player
