The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. A 100 meters from the sea, large and bright open space flat, carefully furnished in Tuscan style. It features a large terrace perfect for summer dinners and bbq. It's only 15 minutes from Pisa and is located in the main street of Marina di Pisa, therefore you can find all the main services within walking distance, including restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post offices, ice cream parlors and supermarkets. The apartment is great for working remotely, a desk can be added and the wifi is very fast.

 Posizionato a soli 100 metri dalla Piazza Duomo, l’appartamento è vicinissimo ai principali ristoranti, negozi e gallerie d’arte della città. Il mare e il Parco della Versiliana sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in bicicletta (fornite gratuitamente per l'intera permanenza - 3 misura da adulto)

The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Bany ampli amb dutxa pluja i escalfador de tovalloles. Atenció especial per a al·lèrgics. Esmorzar inclòs amb productes envasats. Còmode i funcional, ideal per una estada tranquil·la.

La Boheme in Venezia, elegante e luminoso appartamento di mq. 85 di un palazzo del 1800 si trova nel cuore pulsante del quartiere Venezia, storico quartiere attraversato dai canali. Ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e finestra, camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e seconda camera con letto alla francese. Completa l'immobile un posto auto privato. L'appartamento si trova al 4° piano CON ascensore ed è stato recentemente e finemente ristrutturato.

Casa sulla Valle, un gioiello nella natura toscana

Un paesino medievale, lontano dal traffico e dallo smog, immerso nei boschi e nella tranquillità. Una casa accogliente con giardino, la mattina ci si sveglia con il cinguettio degli uccelli e la vista sulla vallata. La camera con letto matrimoniale si affaccia sulla valle, quella con 3 letti singoli ha la vista sul giardino. È possibile aggiungere un lettino per prima infanzia (sono presenti anche fasciatoio e seggiolone). Cucina abitabile, grande salone. Giardino.

La struttura è stata creata per le coppie che vogliono passare momenti indimenticabili nella tranquillità e immersi nella natura, ma con tutti i comfort.

La casetta al lavatoio

La mia casa è situata in mezzo agli ulivi vicino a un vecchio lavatoio. Il piccolo borgo di Oneta è servito dal trasporto pubblico, e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Borgo a Mozzano dove si trovano attività per la famiglia,centro commerciale e la stazione ferroviaria. Ti piacerà la mia casetta per l'atmosfera accogliente, gli spazi esterni e l'intimità degli interni. E' adatta a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi.

Un romantico rifugio in Toscana!

A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.
