The Gem is a quirky 4-5-bedroom 3.5 bathroom house nestled in the heart of Pringle Bay. A scenic 1.5hr drive from Cape Town, makes this the perfect seaside city escape. The house accommodates 8-10 people with 3 queen beds (2 en-suite) and 2 single beds. (A 5th kid's room sleeps the 2, additional rates apply). The quaint village centre, beach and lagoon are within easy reach. Hot tub under a star-studded sky while kids enjoy a playroom. Come explore this unique biosphere and all it has to offer.

Perfect to enjoy Betty's Bay coastline, the sea views, the wind, the dramatic sunsets, candlelit evenings and the sound of the waves to put you to sleep. 50m from the front beach. Walking distance to the breath-taking Silversands Beach. 3min drive to the penguin colony. 10min drive to Botanical gardens. 20min drive to Palmiet river swimming and hiking. Thalassa has soul and many happy moments have been spent here in this idyllic haven.

NOTE the house next door is under construction but the views are not affected.

Wunder HQ is a bold architectural retreat in Pringle Bay supported by solar and just 350m from the beach. Surrounded by mountain views and fynbos, the home features a sunken lounge, braai room, splash pool, putting green, games room, and sleeping for up to 8 guests. The studio opens for groups of 6+. It’s also the creative home of the Wunderpar and Wunderfan apps — guests can even pay for their stay using their rewards earned on the apps! A unique blend of design, nature, and play.

The Dunes is the ideal place for family and friends to get together in a peaceful natural setting. This architect's home can comfortably take up to 10 visitors & is just a 5 minute walk to the Pringle Bay beach & town centre. This is the quintessential beach house. Wooden structure, large deck with sea and mountain views and surrounded by fynbos. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living space that is light and comfortable. The house is well equipped with an indoor wood burning fireplace & electric blankets . There is plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware & other kitchen essentials including a food processor, French press and a Bialetti espresso coffee maker. There is a Weber Braai.

Familie Huis

Familie Huis is a much loved family home overlooking a river wetland and surrounded by pristine fynbos. A central feature of the wonderfully spacious downstairs area is a huge inside hearth for roaring fires (or to braai or cook). It's an absolutely brilliant house for winter getaways - warm and cosy (and also great for families with small children). Its perfectly situated - a five minute walk to the beach as well as all village amenities.

Bungalow 21 - Clifton 3rd by Steadfast Collection

Bungalow 21 feels like a hidden gem amongst Cape Town’s most prestigious coastline. Nestled above Clifton 3rd beach, the bungalow offers sweeping ocean views while you listen to the waves tumble in the bay. Within easy walking distance or a short drive to nearby shops, restaurants and bars, yet secluded enough to unwind to in peace, with its private swimming pool, which is a rare find within Clifton’s prestigious bungalows.
