Procchio Elba less than 200 metres from two beach

Beppe and Lia’s house is located at 800 meters from the village of Procchio and less than 200 metres from Procchio’s beach and from that of Spartaia: it is on a tongue of rock that divides the two gulfs. The white sand beaches gradually descend into the depth of the water, making them ideal for children and for those who lack familiarity with the sea. If you are instead looking for rocks, at the ends of the two beaches there are handy rocks that allow diving but also an easy entrance into the sea. The Rocky and sandy soils have an unmissable opportunity for diving lovers. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double and the other with 1 double bed, from a small bathroom (small, but fully equipped with: wc, sink, bidet, bathtub with shower, window.), a living room with kitchen area (oven with 4 gas rings, fridge with freezer, cupboards, crockery and utensils) with double sofa bed and a habitable terrace overlooking two bays ideal for breakfast and meals. It is on the first floor of a two-family house and to access them you need to make a dozen steps (it is therefore not suitable for the handicapped). No dishwasher, and washing machine is not inside the apartment but in a bathroom adjacent to the apartment below. The parking is below the apartment. The House was the artist Beppe Lieto (every year the municipality organizes an art Prize in his memory) and his wife Lia Pottjewyd, Dutch physician of the village of Procchio. Originally (up to 60 years ago) was a barn for donkeys which they have slowly expanded and modified. All the furniture that are inside them were given away to friends and acquaintances and the collection is not always homogeneous but definitely original. From all the Windows you can see the sea and the garden around the House is the result of loving and patient work of Lia over the years .

Casa Pineta Elba, a pochi passi dal mare

Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa nel Bosco a Seccheto, un oasi di pace

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km da Seccheto (l'ultimo km è sterrato) , 6 minuti in auto, è situata in un anfiteatro a 200 metri slm, in una oasi di pace e silenzio. Nei grandi spazi esterni una vasca idromassaggio realizzata con le pietre di granito della zona, amache, lettini ed un percorso all'interno della proprietà che si snocciola in mezzo a lecci secolari. La notte ti sembra di toccare il cielo con un dito. Una casa di grande comfort ma adatta a chi ama essere immerso nella natura. (caseelbacharme)

Monolocale3 Paolina a 100 metri dal mare

Luminoso monolocale per due/tre persone (25 mq circa), con grande finestra affacciata sul verde della macchia mediterranea. Semplice, ristrutturato nel 2022, corredato di wifi, aria condizionata/pompa di calore, zanzariere, posto auto privato. Particolarmente adatto a chi desidera vivere il mare senza l'obbligo di usare l'auto. Raggiungibili a piedi: Spiaggia di Redinoce attrezzata in 3 minuti, spiaggia della Paolina di fronte all’omonimo isolotto 10 minuti. Agosto solo affitti settimanali

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Il mio alloggio è all'interno del parco naturale dell'Elba , Fetovaia è a pochi minuti da Seccheto e Cavoli .Ti piacerà per gli esterni ricchi di zone relax ,cucina esterna salotto solarium e vasca idromassaggio,ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti dell’appartamento e per la vista sulla baia di Fetovaia, che si può godere in assoluta tranquillità. Inoltre la casa è arredata con cura ed equipaggiata di ogni comodità. L'alloggio è adatto a coppie e a famiglie con figli .
