price is for 2 people, ADD $15 night per person after 2 persons. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

This beautiful apartment, nestled up on the bench in Utah County awaits your visit! The area has so much to offer its visitors. If you love the outdoors, you will find something amazing to do throughout the year. We are close to both BYU & UVU campuses. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Free parking. Just across the street is a paved walking/running/biking trail. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.

All amenities provided in house for a comfortable stay.
