New apartment on top floor on the vibrant Tredje Långgatan in the city center! Enjoy Göteborg's most popular neighbourhoods and streets - Linnéstaden and Tredje Långgatan. This is where all meet; singles, families and the older crowd to enjoy bars, cafés and attractions. It's also close to the famous old town Haga and the park Slottskogen. The apartment is located on the top floor and contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It has one double bed (160 cm) and a bed sofa (140 cm). Enjoy!

Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Fullt utrustat kök och modernt badrum. Privat parkering på tomten. Perfekt för familjer, sällskap och affärsresenärer. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Inga fester eller rökning inomhus.

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.
