Come enjoy our modern pole barn cabin with a hot tub, 600 sq ft, 2BR, 1BA, loft area, furnished with W/D, big flat screen TV, coffee bar, Blackstone, memory foam mattresses. There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Come enjoy the water or visit nearby Shawnee Wine Trail, Ferne Clyffe State Park, hunting, fishing and much more. Located 6.5 miles off I-24 Exit 7.

Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas. Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. We are only 5.1 miles from the magnificent historic Cedarhurst Center for the Arts and 18 miles from the beautiful Rend Lake. Our property has been made with the conveniences of being ADA accessible. A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.
