Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Electric fireplace to gather around after a long day playing in the snow. Large movie collection for stay at home days. Keurig machine for fresh coffee in the morning or some hot chocolate. 30 minutes to Stowe, Burlington and Montpelier. Lots of places to eat and shop within 30 minutes. Bolton ski resort 5 minutes down the road. Great view of the mountains.

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

Beautiful Mountain Views, Rustic Family Homestead

The guest suite is on the top floor of our family home. We live on the lower level. This property has been in the family since the 1940s when it was a working farm. Much has happened between then and now, we are now restoring and reclaiming the farmland and property. So yes it is mostly quiet and rural here, but also there are kids playing, tractors and tools running sometimes. There are dogs, goats and geese sounds too.
