S´kloane Wellnesshäusl ein Ort um seine Seele baumeln zu lassen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft mit Sommerpool, Holzbadefass und Gartensauna zum entspannen. Das private Ferienhaus wurde 2023 mit viel Liebe renoviert. Die bayrischen Alpen, der Chiemsee sowie mehrere Badeseen und Fahrradtouren am Inn bieten tolle Ausflugs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Zusatzkosten vor Ort zu bezahlen: - Brennholz pro Sack 15€ - Endreinigung einmalig 98€

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Die großzügige Ferienwohnung (ca. 95 qm) befindet sich im 1. OG und ist sowohl für Familien mit Kindern, als auch für Monteure sehr gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle etc. machen auch einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Auch ein großer Garten und eine Gästeterrasse laden zum Spielen, Ausruhen und Grillen ein. In den Sommermonaten kann auch der Pool mit benutzt werden.
