Large terrace overlooking the best part of town with outdoor dining table and comfy sofa to soak up the sun in the day and sip a glass of wine in the evenings. Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park & allotments. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden & also into the cabin garden.

Quirky 2 Bed Flat, Roof Garden

Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Enjoy the private roof terrace on a summer’s evening with beers and wines on tap 30 seconds away. The flat has its own spiral staircase leading up to a private roof garden & flat entrance. Parking for 1 car only. However, this is down a long drive with no turning space so reversing skills required.

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

The accommodation is perfect if you want to be centrally based in Tunbridge Wells for visiting friends and family. Whilst small and cosy, it is detached, fully self-contained and has the advantage of having a pretty and secluded, south facing, private courtyard for relaxing and alfresco eating. It is excellent accommodation if you are attending a wedding in the area e.g. at The Spa Hotel, Salomons, Warwick Hotel or The Beacon. Longer stays are welcome at discounted rates.

You can walk for miles from here. The flat is on a street with short term parking with free parking options 200m away. Or 24 hour car parks close by. With easy access to all the lovely restaurants, bars and shops in this picturesque town. The train station is just down the hill.

We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
