Wir haben eine tolle Wohnung, die 6 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung stellt (bei Bedarf könnte man auch das Sofa für weitere Schlafplätze nutzen). Der tolle Blick vom Balkon auf die Bergkulisse der Alpen zeigt euch, in was für einer schönen Gegend ihr euch befindet. Außerdem ist die Nähe zu Salzburg ein absolutes Highlight: in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bei der Grenze und in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

A ground-floor flat in a large country house with a spacious garden, situated on a south-facing slope with stunning views of the mountains and furnished to a high standard with tasteful décor. From the kitchen-diner, the living room and the terrace, the view extends over a river valley landscape with the Alps in the background. Pets are not permitted in this allergy-friendly flat. Due to the flat’s special features, the hosts ask that bookings with small children be avoided.

Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist jedoch leider schlecht. Wanderungen und Radtouren können direkt von der Wohnung aus unternommen werden.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Der Ausblick von dem Balkon im Dachgeschoss zeigt im Hintergrund den Untersberg in Berchtesgaden sowie den Gaisberg in Salzburg. Wir wollen euch in unserem Haus willkommen heißen und hoffen euch mit unserer Holzliebe ein Stück Berchtesgaden näher zu bringen.
