The house has 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with shower. Living room with double sofa bed and big kitchen. Large fenced well equipped garden. The parking is ca. 30 meters with a small slope. Price does NOT include costs of: energy (0.60 €/kw), gas (7 €/m3) and water (20€ per week) to be paid in cash at checkout. From 1/06 to 30/09 the municipality applies a city tax of 1.50e per person (O14 years) per day (up to a max of 7 days) to be paid in cash at checkout.

La nostra casa si trova tra Camaiore e il paese di Pedona, località Campiglioni. Il corpo centrale risale alla fine del '300 e nasce su un costone di pietra come stalla e alloggio. Ampliata e ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, al suo interno troviamo pavimenti di cotto dell'Impruneta, inferriate della famosa fonderia di Candalla, mattonelle di Vietri e travi antiche originarie di un antico palazzo Camaiorese. Non vi aspettate la perfezione, i suoi piccoli difetti la fanno essere unica.

The town of Camaiore is at the bottom of the hill and the house is also only a few kilometres from the exclusive resort-lined Versilia coast. Please note this property is only really suitable for 6 adults maximum (plus 4 kids) as there are bunk beds in one of the rooms.
