The cottage is located on 235 acres with two spring-fed lakes.

We are located on Middle Gresham Lake, this is a semi private lake, very quite lake with no public access. The fishing is great. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
