The hut has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful break from your busy life including a log burner for cosy evenings. Outside there is exclusive access to a wooded area for outdoor eating, relaxing to the sound of the river and wildlife watching. Fly fishing is available from our land free of charge.

When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. "Birch" is ideal for couples, located in a quiet rural location on our farm but only 10 minutes from Berwick-Upon-Tweed. The hut comes with a comfy double bed, dining area and kitchen with an induction hob for cooking there are also tea/coffee making facilities. There are shared toilet and shower facilties on site. Outside the hut there is an area for sitting out, so you can watch the sun go down. We also have amazing dark skies too!
