19th Century House located on the beautiful hills on the outskirts of Florence, only 15 minutes drive from the city centre and 10-15 minutes walk from the closest bus stop. Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

L’appartamento è situato nei dintorni di Firenze, a Sesto Fiorentino, in posizione collinare, in un complesso di rilevanza storico artistica un tempo adibito a frantoio annesso alla fattoria di Villa Ginori. Il centro di Firenze è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o in treno (stazione di dista 2 km circa dall’abitazione); l’aeroporto di Firenze dista 4 km circa e l’autostrada 6 km. Il punto perfetto per esplorare Firenze e la Toscana

Giardino privato perfetto per chi cerca un'oasi verde di tranquillità dopo una giornata trascorsa ad esplorare le meraviglie di una delle città più affascinanti del mondo.

Accesso tramite cancello e strada bianca in proprietà privata a soli 500 metri dal paese di Strada in Chianti. Ideale per quiete e relax. Location strategica per visitare la Toscana.

Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
