Along the Darent Valley, minutes from M25 between Dartford and Sevenoaks (outside ULEZ 😁), surrounded by farmland and horses, we are a mile from Eynsford Village and with short cut to train station less. The Park and golf course are our back garden and The Roman Villa and Castle/World Gardens our neighbours. Lavender Farm is a short walk too and Brands Hatch 10mins drive. Parking on drive and private access to secure garden. 1 bedroom, bathroom, lounge, smart TV, DVD & fully equipped kitchen

Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level ensuite bedroom offers a peaceful escape for couples. Within a family home but with your own private entrance and staircase (no shared areas). The suite features a spacious bedroom with elegant four-poster bed, seating area and TV, a luxury en-suite with sunken two-person jacuzzi bath, and a private balcony overlooking rural views. Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park, perfect for a morning or evening walk. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden.

Welcome to our cosy double en-suite cabin, perfectly nestled in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The cabin is located just 12-15 minutes walk to The Pantiles & Tunbridge Wells Railway Station. Inside, you’ll find a cosy, warm and inviting space with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. The cabin is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, wide screen tv and a small outside seating area.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Time Away is a stunning self contained apartment which has been newly refurbished. With it's own entrance leading up the stairs to the apartment & a key box, arrival couldn't be easier. The apartment is located along Seven Mile Lane with easy access to the M20, M26 & M25 motaways linking to London, the coast & Major airports. The property has surrounding woodland with some lovely walks & pubs to choose from. West Malling is the closest town with is vibrant & period high street.

The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
