Private room in cozy basement. Bathroom is adjacent to the room and is private. There is a small fridge, a coffee maker, electric kettle and a microwave oven. We are in Geneva, Illinois. We are LGBTQ+friendly. Our space is ideal for shorter stays and visitors on the go. Not staycations. Quiet area. Hosts live on the upper level and guests pass through our space to get to the Airbnb area. By "shared space" it is the host rarely passing through living room when noone is there for laudary.

Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Not suitable for children or pets.

Here on the farm, you’ll have a relaxing scenic stay. We are nestled in a quiet area with lots of trees and a soothing creek right outside your spacious suite featuring floor to ceiling windows surrounding the outdoor scenery. A comfy king-sized bed, flatscreen television, coffee nook, refrigerator and Keurig machine. Suite includes spacious walk-in shower with a seat and heated floors. Right outside on the adjacent patio is a gas grill and hot tub. Suite includes private entrance.

Peaceful two bedroom cottage newly refurbished. Plenty of outdoor space, woods streams and walking trails nearby. Tucked out of the way of busy roads or city life but only a short drive to all the amenities of civilization. Keep an eye out for deer, ducks, beavers, hawks and other scenic wildlife out the back window/patio. There’s even a couple bald eagles that live nearby. Consider a longer stay to take advantage of discounts on 2, 4 or 7 night stays
