Borrow bikes to access the Hawthorne, Division, Woodstock and Belmont areas within 15 minutes. All are welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 friendly. Basement apartment is brand new and includes sauna, digital projector, a pull down screen, queen sized Murphy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Secure & private access is through two locked doors from the side of the house. Our small family of three plus a cat live upstairs. Perfect private getaway or weekend adventure.
