Plus there’s a fire pit and playhouse to enjoy in the huge fenced-in patio area. Nestled between historic Franklin and Columbia, yet only about 30 minutes from Nashville, there are so many fun things to do! Bonus! We are within walking distance of Spring Hill's favorite coffee shop (The Fainting Goat), a playground, and a few boutiques!

Our neighborhood is near the Duck River and only minutes from Downtown. There's plenty to see and explore from kayaking and hiking to dining and shopping. The studio is on the back of our property with separate parking and boasts plenty of natural light and the most charming patio to relax on.

We’re a small family with one child and do our best to keep noise to a minimum; soundproofing is in place, though you may occasionally hear us. This is a non-smoking property.
