You'll love the fantastic views over Combesgate Beach to Morte Point, Lundy and Hartland. It's a stone’s throw to Barricane Beach with its seasonal cafe serving Sri Lankan food and a lovely seafront stroll to Woolacombe centre, the main beach and all the unique delights this coastal village has to offer. For the surfers Combesgate Beach just across the road is the perfect spot.

It is in an ideal spot for exploration, as the property sits on the South West Coastal Path and you can enjoy the rural delights of North Devon from the beautiful seaside village of Combe Martin, with its rockpools and calm seas for kayaking & paddleboarding. Previously listed on VRBO with many excellent reviews.

Escape reality in this thoughtfully converted Woodland retreat, in the renowned and secluded 40 acre Pendarves bluebell woods. Near the historic mining town of Camborne, we are a short 20 minute walk from the mainline train station (6 by taxi). A plentiful supply of local attractions, reached most easily by those with their own vehicle. St Ives (13 miles), Falmouth (15 miles), Penzance (20 miles). Sadly we do not allow pets and due to the nature of the site, it is not wheelchair friendly.

Beautiful maisonette. Central to town and the beaches. Wonderful sea views. Two king size and two single bedrooms. Living space has lots of seating, dining area, breakfast bar, and a well-equipped kitchen. Also a bathroom and separate toilet. Smart TV and fast WIFI. Parking is on street but is safe. Self-check in (key safe pin provided) after 3pm. Accessed from communal porch with stairs to the first floor. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbours in the ground floor apartment.

This beautiful light and bright studio has its own sunny, plant-filled patio - ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing. It is the perfect base from which to explore South Devon. Go by car, bus or rail to stunning coasts, beaches and countryside. Visit pubs in nearby villages or go to Totnes, 3 miles away, with its markets, individual shops, restaurants and wine bars. From there enjoy a river trip to historic Dartmouth. Our friendly village has a great shop, post office and garage.

This unique place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. 2 minute walk to Kimberley Park, 5 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute drive to the beach.
