Our living space provides the ambience of a turn of the century loft. Original wood floors, oak pillars and a fireplace creating a comfortable atmosphere to explore this quaint waterfront town. The loft provides top of the line sleeping accommodations and a well equipped kitchen. We feel that these items are very important for a comfortable stay. Right outside your door you have access to the Riverwalk, art galleries, The Vogue Theater, shops and restaurants. Please come enjoy our loft and explore the area. It is a trip you will not forget.

Outside you'll find a bonfire pit and a charcoal grill. Directly across the road is the Lincoln Hills trail system which connects to thousands of acres of scenic trails. This home has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom . Located only 3 miles to Onekama and Bear Lake for fishing, swimming and dining. Lake Michigan beaches are just a 5 minute drive. Marked 1/4 mile private hiking trail for quiet walks with the kids and pets. Washer and dryer, air conditioning, sofa sleeper for extra guests, pin ball game and full kitchen. Wood and marshmallows included for the backyard fire pit with 3 separate outdoor seating areas. Little River Casino is just 8 miles away.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

The Betsie Camper - Excellent condition 35ft Fifth wheel camper in our back yard woods. Sleeps 6 - Queen Bed, Sofa Bed and Queen Air Mattresses . We own 20 acres of woods with several trails through the woods. Has water, electricity, Air Conditioning, a refrigerator, stove top and cooking stove, shower and other basic necessities. The camper is several feet from the house so you will have your own privacy. There is an outdoor hot tub and fire pit that is available for use.

Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!
