Enjoy easy access to the snowmobile trail that connects to the property. Enjoy waking up to a beautiful sun rises over Bass Lake. In the winter watch your tip ups from the cozy cottage living room. In the summer take a kayak trip around the lake. Afterwards walk next door to Dee Dee's Diner for breakfast or lunch.

Easy access via blacktop road that takes you right to the place. It offers 56 ft of water frontage. A small public boat landing right in front, makes it easy to get on and off the water. A new dock to tie it up for the evening on those summer stays, and drive out (at own risk) on the ice for those winter months.

Jimmys Lakeview Vacation Rental cabin is located across from Duck Lake (part of the Eagle River Chain of Lakes) and offers a great place to stay for your Eagle River vacation. Cabin is only 2 miles from downtown Eagle River and within walking distance to Sweetwater Bar and Grill and Kickback Grill. There are two public boat landings and Eagle Lake Park within 1.5 miles and is also located on the snowmobile and atv/ utv trail.
