Self contained Pool House

The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

Private Palm Beach Studio with direct pool access

Separate to main house this lovely fully self contained air conditioned studio is perfect for couples. It has a queen bed and quality double sofa for additional person. The studio is fully self contained with direct access to the pool. Tastefully decorated, it has all the comforts of home and an open flow feel allowing lots of light and fresh air. A 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurant and bottle shop and only 10 minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach's restaurants, surf club, cafes and bars.

Within a 5-10 min walk, there is everything for your convenience - Aldi,Coles, Miami Hotel, restaurants, Surf Club,takeaway ,coffee shops etc. Beautiful Burleigh Heads with its famous waves and trendy James St a short 15min walk.

This cottage is fully self contained and has fresh water swimming holes on the property just a few steps from your door. The river runs through the property and there's plenty of grassy spots to lay around and picnic all day long. This charming cottage has a small kitchen, a living area, verandah, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with its own spa bath. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in picturesque Currumbin Valley. The place is drug and alcohol free, and vegetarian food only.
