La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Locale lavanderia esterno con bagno. A disposizione gratuita 3 bici (2 adulto 1 bambino), barbecue. Parcheggio interno per moto. Giardino su tre lati.
