Cosy Annex with en-suite shower and private patio

A modern annex with en-suite bathroom. Would suit a business traveller, a couple or a young family for an affordable weekend/holiday getaway. The space comfortably sleeps 3, the pull out trundle bed can provide an additional full size single bed to fit a 4th person. However, this does compromise floor space and we feel this option would only suit a family with young children. The annex does not have a kitchen but tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, mini fridge,microwave and outside BBQ

Cosy converted cow shed near Tenterden

The Cow Shed is a pretty timber clad building with character beams which adjoins our house, Brambles Barn. It's self contained, with private entrance and secure parking. There is a bedroom with king size bed, lounge, kitchen and shower room. There is a pretty garden and pond & the property is approx 2.5 miles from Tenterden and 2.5 miles from Biddenden. Walking distance (under 10 mins) from McCanns Brewery & Taproom, with decking area and beautiful views of the surrounding by Hop Gardens.

Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level ensuite bedroom offers a peaceful escape for couples. Ideally located in the heart of Hastings old town, the accommodation is moments from the beach, fishing harbour, excellent independent shops, museums, galleries, eateries, great pubs & glorious walks in areas of outstanding natural beauty. With calm, lovingly designed interiors, this truly is a home from home in which to unwind.

Lovely garden cabin, quiet location with view of the park, perfect for a morning or evening walk. Guests have their own private garden, table & chairs & BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen includes oven, 4 ring hob, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee machine. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. FREE on street parking. Short walk into town where there are lots of bars/restaurants. The cabin is self checkin accessed at the side of our house, please be aware there are some steps into the garden.

Welcome to our cosy double en-suite cabin, perfectly nestled in the centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The cabin is located just 12-15 minutes walk to The Pantiles & Tunbridge Wells Railway Station. Inside, you’ll find a cosy, warm and inviting space with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. The cabin is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, wide screen tv and a small outside seating area.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Time Away - Stunning Apartment in Wrotham Heath

Time Away is a stunning self contained apartment which has been newly refurbished. With it's own entrance leading up the stairs to the apartment & a key box, arrival couldn't be easier. The apartment is located along Seven Mile Lane with easy access to the M20, M26 & M25 motaways linking to London, the coast & Major airports. The property has surrounding woodland with some lovely walks & pubs to choose from. West Malling is the closest town with is vibrant & period high street.

NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
