A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Stylishly outfitted, you’ll find a truly relaxing space to unwind and take in the gorgeous vistas of Northern NSW, surrounded by peace and quiet. Guests are welcome to explore our property-as long as you take a carrot or two to share with Bentley, our resident horse. This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
