This 3 bedroom caravan, on Welsh speaking family farm, sleeps 6. We are within walking distance of Aberdyfi village, the 4 miles of sandy beach and the wonderful 18 hole golf course. Close to Wales Coastal path . Mountain biking and wonderful walks all within this beautiful area of Snowdonia National Park. Pet friendly accommodation. Minimum stay 2 nights, 3 nights for Bank Holidays and 7 nights during school holidays, but please enquire should you require a short break or same day changeover.

Y Bwthyn (The Cottage)

Cosy and comfortable traditional Welsh cottage with character. Built in the 1850's for quarry/railway workers the cottage is now fully modernised and in a quiet, relaxing location. There are amazing walks and an abundance of wildlife on the rivers and estuaries just a short walk from the cottage. The cottage is ideally situated for the beach and just a short walk to the high street for shops , takeaways, cinema, pubs and dining out. The mainline train to Barmouth 🍭 and the UNESCO-listed Talyllyn steam railway 🚂 are both right on your doorstep 🚪.

Hut located in a 500 year old pubs beer garden

Last check in time is 9pm. Our log cabin is located in peace and tranquility, overlooking the beautiful welsh hills. Toilet facilities are located in the pub which is a short walk down the steps and stairs. We have an outside shower block located around the back of the hut. Located at the back of a 500 year old pub, we feel we have given all you need to get away for a night or two.

Close to the sandy beaches of Fairbourne, Tywyn and Barmouth and in the heart of fabulous walking country, this cottage will give you a tranquil break with nothing to disturb you but birdsong and the sound of the sea. We accept 1 dog which must be housetrained.
