The Hideaway Sussex - Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Groom’s Cottage

Arranged in the traditional U-shape, the cottage forms part of a converted stable block within the grounds of a former equestrian estate near the historical town of Lewes. The cottage benefits from its own, South-facing patio which looks out onto a communal courtyard. The property has its own private entrance and two car parking spaces. Cabin in rural East Sussex

Tom’s Lodge, named after my late father who was a carpenter, is a wooden cabin situated on a small working farm in the heart of East Sussex in the picturesque village of Piltdown. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Ringles Place is a 2 double bedroom 1st floor apartment, in a Sussex style barn conversion. There is one double room, and you can choose a kingsize bed or twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Located on the northern fringes of Uckfield, it offers a fully fitted bathroom, a lounge with has a large corner sofa, a dining table and a large television. The kitchen is well equipped, the property enjoys a sleek modern feel, and has a designated off-road parking space. It's near Buxted Park Hotel and Uckfield.

Set in a quiet hamlet with its own garden, with parking for 3 cars and is perfectly placed for Glyndebourne, many National Trust properties and gardens (Sheffield Park, Nymans, Wakehurst Place, Borde Hill, Batemans, Knole Park). The Bluebell Railway, the vineyards of Ridgeview, Rathfinny and Bolney are all nearby, as is Brighton and the coast. Piltdown Golf Course is a mile up the road, several good pubs and many good walks on Ashdown Forest, the South Downs Way and the Seven Sisters.

A charming six bedroom country house set in 9 acres of gardens, fields and woodland in the beautiful county of Sussex. The property has a tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool and snooker room. The property has three double bedrooms, a twin bedded room and two further bedrooms which can be configured as twin or double as required. There is a large lawn area as well as three large fields and woodland, in which you are free to amble around and appreciate the beautiful countryside.

Relax in this calm, stylish space. The bright and airy living room has a vaulted ceiling and spacious lounge (including Sky TV) with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a fridge and a small area for making tea / coffee and toast but no cooker - who wants to cook on holiday anyway!! There are local pubs including one within 3 mins walk serving good food, shops and even a Victorian cinema in walking distance and many other Sussex and Kent places of interest within a short drive.

Our spacious 2 bedroom barn is situated in the heart of the Ashdown Forest and is a perfect base for a walking break. Seek out the locations of Pooh's adventures in AA Milne's books or explore the beautiful South Downs, a short drive away. Our barn is situated within the grounds of our family house. One well behaved dog is allowed. Please be aware we have sheep and other farm animals onsite so dogs must be kept under control at all times. EV charger available at extra cost

Wisteria House offered by Mulberry Stays is a Spacious 6 bedroom Grade II listed Town House - the front rooms reflect the town centre vibe in the hub of Uckfield but the rear rooms are nice and quiet for lighter sleepers. Once here you can relax and walk to the nearby amenities. Its a perfect base for the group to explore the area. It is easily accessible by bus car or train. There is private parking at the rear that is suitable for 3 cars/small vans and a garden to enjoy

Little Coombe Bank

New in 2019 ! Little Coombe Bank is a lovely self contained cabin with its own private garden space . It is suitable for 2 adults primarily. We also have a cot for babies. It is a light and airy space with lots of natural light from the 3 skylights, 2 large windows and full glass entrance which opens out to your private patio garden complete with wood burner. It is adjacent to the main house but not overlooked. We are pet friendly and have fab walks direct from the house.

Our chalet-inspired studio barn, with vaulted ceilings and oak beams, is light and airy in the summer and beautifully warm and cosy in the winter, with underfloor heating throughout. It is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With a sumptuous superking bed (or two twins), sofa bed, unlimited fast WiFi and HDTV, you are assured of a relaxing and welcoming stay in a family-friendly setting in the East Sussex countryside.
