CASA TOSCANA IMMERSA NEL VERDE

Tipica casa in stile toscano immersa nella quiete della campagna della Versilia. La casa si trova ai piedi del parco e della Villa le pianore, un tempo residenza estiva dei principi Borbone e a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge versiliesi. La casa e' composta da una grande cucina/soggiorno attrezzata con termo camino, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e piano cottura elettrico, frigorifero. Dispone inoltre di due camere matrimoniali dove è possibile aggiungere ad ogni stanza un letto singolo. Ampio bagno dotato di vasca in stile impero. All'esterno potete godere di un ampio giardino privato e recintato, garage coperto per auto, giochi per bambini, e lavatrice. La casa è situata in ottima posizione per poter visitare città d'arte come Pietrasanta,Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, oppure le slpendide spiaggie della versilia, come Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago con la villa museo di Giacomo Puccini , il festival pucciniano,o fare gite in battello sul lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi vari, farmacie, supermercati,locali notturni, ristoranti, come \\\LA DOGANA///che dista circa 500 m, ottima la cucina e posizione meravigliosa. Aereoporto piu' vicino: Pisa circa 35 km, stazione piu' vicina: Viareggio circa 10 km. distanza dal mare circa 5 km. Airport more' near Pisa 35 km , train station more' near Viareggio 10 km, distance from the sea about 5 km. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, including about 500 m, /LA DOGANA /, excellent cuisine,splendid place.

Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Casa Lilia è una piccola casa completamente ristrutturata nel cuore di Viareggio. La posizione centralissima permette di arrivare in pochi minuti alla pineta, alla spiaggia, alla stazione e al mercato centrale. Il parcheggio in zona è a pagamento ma a poche centinaia di metri è presente una grande area gratuita. La casa è composta da una camera matrimoniale su soppalco,una zona giorno accogliente con divano letto alla francese,bagno con doccia. Il giardino è condiviso con l’abitazione principale

Sulla strada principale che porta al mare in zona vivace ben servita! Dal giardino, con ombrellone, tavolino e sedie, si accede alla veranda coperta con panca, poltrone e tavolino ideale per colazioni ed aperitivi, bagno di servizio. Zona giorno con cucina a vista dotata di lavastoviglie e forno elettrico. Primo piano; 2 camere (letto matrimoniale 160x200 e letto doppio 140x200), bagno con ampia cabina doccia. Servizio internet wifi e aria condizionata. Imposta di soggiorno da pagare all'arrivo.

A spacious two storey house with 3 bedrooms (with air conditioned), 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges and a nice little garden for summer barbecues and “al fresco” dinners. It has just been nicely re-furnished. We can host 6 people in beds and 2 additional on sofa bed. It is located on a secondary road within walking distance from the main facilities: supermarket 3’, bus stop connected to Pisa airport 4’, railway station 7’, restaurant/pizzeria 7’. In less than 15’ walk you will get onto the beach.

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Full of light and special memories for us. Modern decor, newly renovated with all the comforts. It is located in the central district of Viareggio and convenient to reach every corner. In just 20 minutes walk you can be on the seafront. By car or bike 10 minutes. Station 10 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility.

La casa e grossa 80 metri quadri e’ perfetta per godersi il mare di Viareggio e vedere le citta’ d’arte vicine andare a Lucca Comics in treno e’ vicina alla stazione nella piazza del Mercato, cuore pulsante di Viareggio a pochi metri dal mare e circondato dai migliori ristoranti e pasticcerie. Posto perfetto per poter godere pienamente del carnevale di Viareggio A 200 metri c’è la bellissima pineta . A100 metri il porto di viareggio 50 metri supermercato 300 metri la stazione.

La mia casa è una villetta divisa in due unità. In una abito io, l'altra è a vostra disposizione. Abbiamo recentemente restaurata questa parte proprio per ospitare viaggiatori. E' una casa molto funzionale, con una grande cucina, accessoriata di forno elettrico, microonde e naturalmente frigo, una bella camera, un bagno con doccia e un bagnetto di servizio, un grande salone con camino. Abbiamo un bel giardino, con una parte a voi riservata con tavolo e sedie per poterci mangiare.

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.
