This amazing property is nestled into the bluffs of the Mississippi River Valley, and is located on the fifth hole of The Bluffs at Coffee Mill Golf Course in Wabasha, MN. Enjoy an indoor, heated, endless pool that overlooks the Mississippi River Valley and is open for use year around. Play arcades, piano, outdoor games, sit by the firepit-firewood included and listen to the sounds of the fountain, or just enjoy the amazing views and wildlife from the deck, sunroom, dining room, or living room!

HOUSE ON THE RIVER

Home on the banks of the Mississippi River. This home does NOT have dock access to the river. There is a boat launch about a 1/2 mile South. The Army corp of Engineers owns our bank so we are unable to clear any trees. A big family room with wood burning fireplace that opens up to a 3 season porch. Wabasha offers Ice fishing, downhill skiing, thrift shops & boutique, Slippery’s Home of Grumpy Old Men and the eagle center. State land nearby for hiking. Drive your ATV on county roads legally.
