It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Little Hawthorn is situated 1 mile from the nearest main road, with access via an unmade, rustic farm track.

The Old Stables is a completely self-contained detached building with its own parking space, in the village of Buxted. The Old Stables benefits from sitting on the edge of a wild meadow where guests are welcome to take a stroll or enjoy the wildlife and peaceful birdsong. There are two pubs, a shop and train station within a 5 minute walk. Set within the boundaries of Ashdown Forest there are numerous lovely walks on the doorstep and the town of Uckfield is a short drive away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a country lane in the beautiful Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Located just steps from the Tunbridge Wells circular walk and the outstanding Dunorlan Park with stunning gardens and boating lake. The town centre with its plethora of bars and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk away. Forest Den is probably the closest accommodation to Pooh sticks bridge and set in the Heart of the Ashdown Forest with direct access into the famous 100 Acre Wood from AA Milne's Winnie the Pooh! Forest Den is a super cosy rural retreat offering a get away from it all lodge at the same time as offering all the creature comforts for a break. New for 2022… Alpacas!

Chill out spot

Chill and unwind at this peaceful, cozy little cabin. We're in a small village in East Sussex, a short walk (and I do mean short) to a lovely little country pub, with public footpaths nearby, the seaside and historical landmarks a short drive away. If you just wanna stay put and relax in the swim spa, that's okay too. It's your call. (Just a quick note to say this is a NO SMOKING venue. Please also be mindful of neighbours. The swim spa closes at 11:00 p.m.)
