Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

Recently decorated with Farrow and Ball colours, our home has many designer touches, as well as a collection of art and photography books. Syringa, Sheep Street Charlbury

Beautifully renovated 17th cent cottage. Situated in Sheep Street Charlbury, a few doors down from The Bull Inn. Peaceful, tranquil and centrally-located. Double bedroom (super-king size), bathroom, large living room, dining room and kitchen. Private south facing back garden, with stone walls and apple trees. This is an old property with low doorways between rooms and a very steep stair case with hand rail (See pictures.) It is not suitable for those with restricted mobility.
