The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of the UIUC campus and surrounded by mature trees, this spacious, serene guest suite offers a relaxing stay. It has a private entrance with a foyer, a studio style main room and a bathroom. Sleeps two comfortably with a queen bed and a sofa (not a pull-out) for lounging. No TV, washer, or dryer. No kitchenette, but a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker are provided. Snacks and coffee pods provided. Not accessible for limited mobility. No parties and no smoking.

The Black Box

Escape at this peaceful and centrally-located space. Very modern, new construction, all new furnishings and equipment. Shared building with landlord (has studio on site) sound proofed for privacy. Keycode access, security camera at entry, utilities included. Quite street, great space if you are outdoorsy. 10 minute walking access to restaurants and coffee shops. Trails and kayak drop-in near by. Botanical gardens and forest preserve trails to get in touch with nature.

Lane Place

We are located in a small village called Lane, Where you can feel like you're out in the country with close neighbors. Here in Lane it's a very peaceful friendly and quiet place. We are about 5 miles from Clinton where there are many fun places to go and theres also many restaurants to enjoy a good meal at. we are also 5 miles from Clinton Lake which has a beach and a great restaurant. We do hope you'll enjoy your stay with us here at Lane Place.
