The condo is located within a newer 6-unit building (built in 2023). Access to the Condo is through a double-entry door system and feels like visiting an upscale hotel. Lots of parking is available on the street outside the building.

Kalmia Cottage is a private 550 sq ft cottage and you don't share any part of the cottage or yard. It has a living room, one bedroom, eat-in kitchen & bath. Also a fenced in yard and patio with BBQ grill . It sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the one bedroom and a queen convertible couch Digital TV and free wifi. The Cottage is very tastefully decorated and has all linens. The fully stocked kitchen has full size appliances and all dishes, pans and small appliances, and washer/dryer.
